To participate in any of these pathways your practice must be registered with Coastal West Sussex CCG and the local Primary Eye Care Company.

In order to prioritise referrals WSHFT have requested that all URGENT referrals have at their beginning in BOLD and CAPITALS the prefix UR for urgent followed by the condition e.g. UR IOP
